If you don’t know, there are 3 ways of getting apps onto the homescreen on an I pad. You can go onto the Apple App Store and search for an app, you can download games from the game centre or you can add a website as an app to the Homescreen.
During term 4 the children in primary 4B have been learning about Edinburgh’s Old Town. We have looked at the living conditions in the old town and how this affected people’s health. We have also learned stories about some of the well-known residents of the Old Town. On Monday 9th May we visited parts of the old town. We started off at Greyfriar’s Kirkyard and listened to the story about Greyfriar’s Bobby and his master. We then walked to the Grassmarket and Lawnmarket.
Jack in P4B won a Christmas card design competition. His prize is for Mr Pritt and his team to run a fun arts and crafts session for his class. This will be taking place on 24th May. We’ll post some more photos of the event after this time.
This was the card that Jack designed.
