We are holding an open introductory session for you to find out more. This will be held at the school on Wednesday, 9th of May, 9.00 – 10.00 am and everyone is welcome to attend. Parent Workshop 1 in 5 Poverty

1 in 5 poverty

We are offering a workshop for parents to come along and find out more about child poverty and how it affects children’s life chances. We would also like your help in considering what costs school brings and what can be done to reduce these costs for everyone. The workshop will be held in the school on Thursday, 24th May from 9.00 – 10.30 am or 6.00 – 7.30 pm. More information in the attachment.

Movie Night P4-P7

To increase the number of opportunities we offer, we’re holding a movie night for children in P4-P7 on Thursday, 3rd May 2018 in the school hall. We’re grateful to members of the Parent Council who’ll be helping with supervision and providing refreshments.
 
Movie night starts at 6 pm and finishes at 7.45 pm.
We’re showing Paddington 2, which comes with a PG certificate.
Crisps and juice are being supplied by the Parent Council.
 
The event is free but tickets must be ordered in advance so that we have adequate supervision. If you give permission for your child to attend, please return the form we’re sending out (as soon as the copier is fixed !) and we’ll issue your child with a ticket.
